1. Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is free from dust, dirt, grease, and loose particles. For weak or crumbling surfaces, replastering is recommended. Masonry surfaces must be fully cured before application.
Small cracks (up to 3 mm) should be opened, cleaned, and filled with Crack Filler.
Larger cracks or damaged areas must be repaired with polymer-modified mortar.
On efflorescent surfaces, clean thoroughly with an efflorescence remover or wire brushing, followed by water washing.

2. Application – Vertical Surfaces:
Apply one coat of Bio Seal Primer (diluted with up to 10% water by volume) with a brush or roller. Coverage: 8.36 sq.m/L.
Allow it to dry for 4–6 hours.
Apply two undiluted coats at 8.36 sq.m/L each.
Finish with two coats of Athena Premium Coats Exterior Emulsion in the desired shade, following standard procedures.

Application – Horizontal Surfaces / Terraces:
Apply one self-priming coat of Bio Seal Primer (diluted 3:1 with water by volume) at 5.11 sq.m/L. Let it dry for at least 3–4 hours.
Apply two undiluted coats at 3.44 sq.m/L each to achieve total forced coverage of 1.39 sq.m/L.
Ensure complete coverage across the entire roof, including parapet walls, to form a seamless protective layer.

3. Precautions & Recommendations:
Do not apply during rainfall or extreme weather conditions.
For improved performance, use Roof-Tapes at junctions, corners, flashings, joints, and drain outlets for added reinforcement.
Not suitable for areas with active water sources or rising ground water.
